The Doyon DLP18SP can sheet dough from 1 once to 28 ounces, with a diameter of up to 17". It can sheet dough for tortillas, wraps, flat bread, and more. The DL18SP is a one stage sheeter with a front infeed and discharge and produces a uniform thickness.
