Shipping policy


When you order $300 of smallwares, they ship for free. If you order less than $300, there is a $15 flat rate to ship them to any province in Canada. For the territories, rural locations, and island locations, a custom shipping quote will be required.

This free shipping policy does not apply to equipment. There are shipping charges for equipment, unless specifically noted on the equipment’s product page. And equipment does not count towards the $300 to qualify for free shipping.

If you order smallwares before 11AM EST, we will ship them out that day. Transit times will vary. For eastern Canada, expect to receive your items 2-3 business days after ordering them. For western Canada, expect to receive them 3-5 business days after ordering them.

Once your item has left our warehouse, we’ll send you tracking information.


Most pieces of equipment, sinks, and tables on our website will ship via courier, with Purolator or UPS. The cost for shipping will be calculated in the checkout process. Transit times vary depending on the item and your location. Please contact our Customer Support Team if you’d like to know how long it’ll take to get your item.


Freight shipping is for larger pieces of equipment that weigh over 75 pounds. Here are the most important things to know:

  • Items are shipped on a pallet on a freight truck
  • Items are delivered curbside and won’t be brought into your establishment
  • A tailgate fee could apply if you don’t have a forklift or loading dock
  • Deliveries require signature and are from Monday-Friday 8-5
  • Deliveries can arrive without notice
  • If you require an appointment, that needs be requested when ordering and there is an additional fee


If your item shows up as damaged, please refuse the shipment. Please report damage directly to the delivery person and clearly mark the bill of lading as damaged. Take photos of the damage! Then please report all damaged shipments to us at csr@ifoodequipment.


We are always happy to provide custom shipping quotes. If you feel your rate is too high, or if the checkout didn’t calculate your shipping, we will gladly give you a customized shipping quote. Please contact us for this.


Our website calculates shipping automatically in the checkout. In the rare event that an inaccurate shipping rate is provided in the checkout, we will resolve the discrepancy. This resolution may involve coming to an agreed upon price with you, or a cancellation of the order with a full refund.
