As warranties differ by manufacture and product, please ensure you review them prior to placing your order. Any questions? Just give us a call!

Or if you purchased a reconditioned item, check out our used equipment warranty form.

Our website calculates shipping automatically in the checkout. In the rare event that an inaccurate shipping rate is provided in the checkout, we will resolve the discrepancy. This resolution may involve coming to an agreed upon price with you, or a cancellation of the order with a full refund.

RESIDENTIAL CUSTOMERS

We love selling to residential customers! For most items, this is great; however, with large pieces of equipment there can be some extra considerations:

  1. Some warranties can be voided if the item is used in a residential location. This is on an item-by-item basis, but for instance, gas-powered items often are not meant to be installed in residential locations. You should also confirm the electrical specs of items, to make sure they’ll work in your residential location. If there is an item issue and it might be related to improper installation, you’ll have to prove that the item was not defected by improper installation.
  2. For larger items you need to provide a physical shipping address, not a PO box. Most of our items are too big to go to a PO box. Please contact us first if you’d like to send something to a PO box.
  3. Homeowners insurance may not cover any issue arising due to the gas appliance since they are not coded for residential use, and most are supposed to be under a hood vent system and some of them require added fire suppression in the hood system.
