Refund policy

If you’d like to initiate a refund, please contact us.

  1. If something is defective with your item, it can always be repaired or replaced while it is under warranty.
    Returning an item for a non-warranty issue can come with a restocking fee, depending on the item.
  2. All requests for product returns must be approved by iFoodEquipment us first.
    Items must be unused and in original packaging and it must be within 30 days of receiving your item.
  3. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
    This includes both the initial shipping charges, as well as the return shipping charges. If an item has free-shipping, you will still have to cover the return shipping charges.
  4. Custom-built items are non-refundable.
