Ikon IR-6-36 – 36″ Commercial Gas Range
Ikon's IR-6-36 is a commercial, gas powered range that is 36 inches wide and available in natural gas or liquid propane. This range is available in 2 versions: 6 burners, or 2 burners and a 24-inch manual griddle. Both ranges have 1 static oven with manual thermostat controls. The front, back riser, and lift-off shelf are stainless steel. And the entire oven sits on robust 1-inch adjustable legs.
The top burners and oven are both 30,000 BTU. The top burner has 12 inch by 12 inch cast iron grates. The oven has three available positions for oven racks, and is shipped with two racks in the oven. As for the oven's interior, everything is porcelain-coated.
