The Axis Hybrid is a full size, electrical convection oven with manual controls and a five shelf capacity. It comes equipped with a modern digital display and time and temperature controls, as well as 99 different programs with four stage cooking capabilities. The oven chamber is stainless steel. This Hybrid is available with 3 different electrical options: 208v - 4.3kW - 20.6A, 220v - 5kW - 22.5A, or 240v - 5.6kW - 23.5A. The model comes as 1-phase but can converted to 3-phase by a certified electrician. The Hybrid has options to roast, fry, reheat, and more. This convection cooker guarantees even heat distribution with power generated from the engine. It also has 5 shelves and reversing fans. An optional stand is sold separately.
