Crown Verity – Mobile Commercial Outdoor Grill
This is Crown Verity’s main line of commercial outdoor BBQs. They come in five different sizes and can be ordered with different packages and accessories, making them perfect for any kind of restaurant, patio, or clubhouse — or for the professional domestic chef who wants to show off to his neighbours. You can order these grills in either liquid propane or natural gas.
These BBQs have all been designed with high-quality 304 stainless steel (as compared to 430 stainless steel), so they are incredibly durable and easy to clean. The burners are 15,000 BTU per hour and are placed every 5.75″ to ensure even cooking. The stainless steel burners carry a 10 year warranty, and the cooking grills carry a lifetime warranty.
For options and accessories — the accessories packages for the 30″ and 36″ grills include a roll dome, removable end shelf, adjustable bun rack, and a cover. The wind guard packages include wind guards. And the roll dome packages include a roll dome and bun rack. Please note, the pictures shown are for illustration purposes only. Crown Verity's Pro Series of outdoor mobile grills has been designed specifically for the catering and rental markets. Compared to their standard mobile grills, these have been reinforced with double crash bars to protect the valves and knobs from being damaged during transportation, and they have handles built on each end. These outdoor grills are perfect for large scale events and companies who need to move their grill from place to place.
The Pro Series of grills comes in three different sizes: the 48", 60", and 72". And each size can be purchased standard or with a package. The roll dome package come with roll domes and bun racks and the wind guard packages come with wind guards.
These rental grills are only available in liquid propane. Each model will include two stage regulators and hoses and built-in tank holders that accommodate standard 20 pound propane tanks. Optionally, you can order the grill with a single gas connection and a 25 foot quick-disconnect hose to use with a remote tank. Please note, the pictures shown are for illustration purposes only. Axis Hybrid – Electric Bakery Convection Oven with Manual Controls and Steam Injection – 5 Pans
The Axis Hybrid is a full size, electrical convection oven with manual controls and a five shelf capacity. It comes equipped with a modern digital display and time and temperature controls, as well as 99 different programs with four stage cooking capabilities. The oven chamber is stainless steel.
This Hybrid is available with 3 different electrical options: 208v - 4.3kW - 20.6A, 220v - 5kW - 22.5A, or 240v - 5.6kW - 23.5A. The model comes as 1-phase but can converted to 3-phase by a certified electrician.
