Cambro’s pizza dough boxes are perfect for kitchens where dough is made fresh. They can be used for storing, cooling, proofing, and transporting dough and are constructed from polypropylene, a durable yet lightweight material. These boxes measure 18 inches deep and 26 inches wide.

They are easily stackable, reducing the possibility of any cross-contamination and also the need for covers. Matching covers are also available for purchase. The dough boxes are reinforced, NSF listed, and dishwasher-safe. They can withstand temperatures ranging from -40° to 160° Fahrenheit.
