A metal dough scraper to portion dough and scrape flour of your bench
Browne’s stainless steel cutter with hardwood handle is our largest, most heavy-duty dough scraper. It is a staple in any bakery, as well as other commercial kitchens like pizzerias. This tool can be used to cut and portion dough—hence the name—or for other tasks like scraping bits and flour off your bench.
The large size enables efficient use, and the wooden handle with rivets is durable enough to withstand heavy and consistent use. As with any tool with this type of handle, the rivets may loosen after a long time of being sent through a dishwasher.
