A commercial bun pan for restaurants, bakeries, and commercial kitchens
The Browne Thermalloy sheet pan, otherwise known as a bun pan, is made of 20 gauge aluminum and has deeply rounded corners and reinforcing wire in the pan rim that prevents warping and makes it suitable for daily use in bakeries, cafes, diners, and more. The pan is easily stackable with others of its kind, and has several measurements to choose from: 9.5″ x 13″, 15″ x 21″, 18″ x 13″, and 18″ x 26″.
18″ x 26″ sheet pans are considered the standard size of sheet pan in many bakeries. For example, Doyon proofer ovens typically fit twenty of the standard-sized pan.
