Cambro’s clear polycarbonate containers are great for any commercial kitchen from bakeries to restaurants to more. They have both metric and imperial measurements listed on the side of each container so you always know how much product you have. We carry seven capacities: 2 quarts, 4 quarts, 6 quarts, 8 quarts, 12 quarts, 18 quarts, and 22 quarts.

Polycarbonate containers are made for dry or wet contents, which makes them great for spices, ingredients, fruits, sauces, vegetables, and more. They can also withstand temperatures of -40° to 99° Celsius (-40° to 210° Fahrenheit). If you just want to store dry ingredients, though, we recommend trying our polypropylene food containers. These are great for flour, sugar, rice, pancake mixes, etc.
