The Garland Table Top Flat Slim Hob, otherwise known as the SHBA2500 is a tabletop induction burner. The dimensions (WDH) are 15” x 17.3” x 5.5” and it’s 208 volts, 1 phase. It has easy-to-use controls: a single rotary switch numbered 1 to 12, and it has a stainless steel body fit to withstand a commercial environment. Induction cooking uses electromagnetism to heat food. Heat is generated when an induction-compatible pot or pan is placed on the hot top; only the cookware gets hot, not the burner.
