The Garland Table Top Flat Slim Hob, otherwise known as the SHBA2500 is a tabletop induction burner. The dimensions (WDH) are 15” x 17.3” x 5.5” and it’s 208 volts, 1 phase. It has easy-to-use controls: a single rotary switch numbered 1 to 12, and it has a stainless steel body fit to withstand a commercial environment. Induction cooking uses electromagnetism to heat food. Heat is generated when an induction-compatible pot or pan is placed on the hot top; only the cookware gets hot, not the burner. If you were to simply remove the cookware from the burner, it would be cool, which means less effort during clean-up if you happened to have a few spills. Omcan 37387 – Grey Plastic Dishwasher Rack for Flatware
The Omcan 37387 is a grey, plastic dishwashing rack. This dishwashing rack is designed specifically for flatware (hence the fine plastic weave on the bottom). The dimensions (WDH) are 19" x 19" x 4".
About 95% of commercial dishwashers available on the market take a standard 20" x 20" rack. On occasion, you might find some specialty dishwasher that will require specialty racks to be ordered with it, but for the most part, all of the dishwasher racks we sell will fit in any commercial dishwasher, be it a door-type, conveyor, etc. Furthermore, dishwashing racks are designed for specific purposes.
